Today's Daily Dipper is Jeremy "Jay" Weatherspoon (ladieslovcoolj). The 23 year-old hails from the sunny and historic city of Madison, FL. He is currently a graduating senior at Florida A&M University, where he majors in Public Relations and minors in PreLaw.
